The Planning Calendar gives you a weekly overview of each crew member that will work in that period. See their contact details and schedules at a glance. The calendar also highlights to planners which spots on each job still need to be filled.

Rate cards are automatically applied to a project upon its creation (unless you choose otherwise) and set the pricing for all the project positions.
Bank Transfers
Automatic payments directly from SquidWeb
Add transfers directly to your incoming invoices and outgoing receipts as well as making payments to crew members directly from SquidWeb.
SquidWeb is also compatible with 3rd party banking software, so you can export a SEPA file in a single click.
Payroll
Time accounts, vacation accounts, surcharges, payroll notification and expenses calculation
Less work for your accountant – we have a fully integrated payroll system to save hours from mundane tasks. Assign all planning items for an employee for the payroll period, send notifications to alert the employee there are items ready to be approved via the mobile app and respond to user feedback on specific payroll items.
A payroll details document is sent to the employee to be accessed as a pdf via the app to be stored or downloaded for records.
